RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the East Hampton community in East Hampton, NY. This 30-hour-per-week, part-time role focuses on general grounds care and basic home repairs across our manufactured home community.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You may need to supply your own tools; lifting up to 75 pounds is required. Compensation is $20.00-$23.00 per hour.
