Coordinates day-to-day housekeeping activities, provides guidance and support to assigned team members, and actively performs cleaning duties to support operational needs and maintain facility standards.
** Job Description
**** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments and support the completion of routine cleaning tasks, maintaining cleaning records, logs, and documentation.
* Serve as a point of contact for housekeeping-related concerns, responding to requests, communicating priorities, and escalating issues as needed.
* Maintain and update housekeeping documentation, cleaning schedules, logs, and other records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Assist with the coordination of housekeeping activities across production, warehouse, office, and common areas to support facility cleanliness and operational requirements.
* Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment to ensure team members have the resources needed to perform their duties.
* Run basic reports, complete required documentation, and assist in gathering data related to housekeeping performance, inspections, and cleaning activities.
* Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation requirements, and facility cleaning standards.
* Participate in and promote 5S, safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities throughout the facility.
* Assist with the training and onboarding of new housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and department expectations.
* Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties as a working member of the team, including providing coverage during employee absences, vacancies, and periods of increased workload.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
