You will clean common areas and vacant units, maintain exterior spaces, collect trash, and perform snow removal during inclement weather. Some light handyman tasks may include changing bulbs and touch-up painting.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of Porter experience, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Weekend, overnight, and overtime availability is expected.
