Director of Maintenance

Our Nursing Facility is seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department, while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

As our Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety, upkeep, and appearance

• Scheduling and ensuring completion of all maintenance and repairs

• Providing oversight of maintenance and repairs, ensuring contracted services are completed in a timely fashion

• Maintaining records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections

• Ensuring all maintenance work is in accordance with Local, State, Federal, and OSHA standards

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Ability to be "on call" for emergency situations

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Solid computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenance is a MUST

• Ability to multi-task and stay focused in stressful situations
