Margaret Sullivan Studio – Office/Business Manager – New York City, NY
Margaret Sullivan Studio (MSS) is a women‑owned, nationally recognized design firm based in New York City. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, energetic, and ambitious person to join our growing 12‑person studio.
This position is for an Office/Business Manager who will work closely with an outside Bookkeeper and serve as liaison between Principal, Project Managers, Staff, and the Bookkeeper.
The role requires a "people person" with strong numerical and organizational skills, interpersonal and listening abilities, collaboration and team‑building skills, verbal and written communication, attention to detail, time‑management, customer‑service skills, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include gathering input from principals and staff, formulating responses, and producing regular reports that incorporate their perspectives.
CompensationSalary range: $50,000 – $60,000.
