Operations Support Supervisor

Location: New York

Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking anOperations Support Supervisorto join their Operations team. The position ishybridand based part of their week at their office inManhattan.Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the paralegal and operations support teams
• Oversee scheduling, performance and training of teams
• Ensure goals are met by coordinating workflow and monitoring performance
• Conduct performance reviews
• Implement policies that will create efficiencies
• Provide input on hiring for the teams
• Ensure both teams are compliant with firm policies and operational procedures
• Gather operational information on space, equipment, and costs
• Assist in preparing the budget
• Process invoices
• Assist with vendor relationships and management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in operations at a law firm or professional services preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to follow complex instructions, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with others in a professional, cooperative, and tactful manner
• Proficient in outlook, iManage, Excel, EMS, and other applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, adaptable, punctual, and professional
