Building Supervisor

Iroquois Skilled Nursing Community is a premier healthcare provider in Central New York. We are a 160 bed long-term care and short-term rehabilitation skilled nursing facility. Our professional staff provide superior quality of care and clinical excellence.

We are presently accepting resumes for a Building Supervisor. Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: managing property resources, security, staffing, and assuring staff and visitor compliance with all facility policies and procedures for the shift. Must be able to demonstrate ability to use critical thinking techniques to solve problems effectively.

The successful candidate will address resident family issues and concerns, facilitate conflict resolution and management, provide staff coaching and counseling, triage problems, contact staff to fill staffing open slots, collaborate with administration and nursing administration on the delivery of services and be responsible for building security and safety issues.

Must provide exemplary customer service. Previous hospitality/ customer service experience is desired.

Previous supervisor (3-5 years) experience desired in leadership/supervisor/management. Critical thinking and problem solving ability is a must.

Bachelor's degree desired.

Previous healthcare experience desired, but will train with strong leadership or supervisory skills to healthcare.

From $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience
