Senior Project Manager – NYC Award Winning Contractor
A well-established, award-winning New York–based General Contractor/Construction Manager is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up and complex interior projects across NYC.
Experience should include: SOE, foundations, superstructure, façade, and high-end interior finishes across commercial, hospitality, retail, education, medical, and multifamily projects.
Responsibilities- Full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project teams and manage owner, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Control schedules, budgets, buyout, change orders, and billing
- Partner with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and cash flow
- 10+ years with a commercial GC in NYC
- Strong ground-up / core & shell background
- NYC SST Supervisor (62 hours)
