Role Overview

The Global Rewards Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of MSF-USA’s contribution to the global Rewards Review. The role focuses on executing, coordinating and operationalizing global frameworks and decisions within the US context. The Project Manager serves as the entity's Rewards Focal Point, participates in working groups, develops surveys and other content such as the Global Grading Framework and Minimum Standards, and coordinates with the Director of International HR, the Director of People Operations, the Chief People Culture and Inclusion Officer, the Executive Director, and the Rewards team in the International Office.

    :
    Set and drive transparent goals, targets and ADEI&B initiatives that yield the most significant, scalable, quantifiable, and sustained impact for a more human‑centered, engaged, and productive workplace; build a culture that fosters trust, collaboration, high performance, respect, and belonging.
  • Performance Management & Talent Development
    :
    Develop and implement policies and processes that provide an integrated, structured approach to individual development planning, performance goal setting, performance feedback and formal appraisal.

    :
    Create a workplace culture that is engaging and motivating for employees by providing professional development opportunities and a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and HR Operations
    :
    Execute and manage People & Culture operations using predetermined protocols and procedures to achieve specified operational performance standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits Review
    :
    Design and administer compensation and benefits packages for staff, including setting salaries, providing health insurance and other benefits, and managing payroll.
  • Talent Acquisition
    :
    Fill permanent or temporary positions within an organization by attracting, short, selecting, hiring, appointing and integrating the best‑qualified candidates.
  • Payroll Administration
    :
    Carry out payroll administration processes required to ensure that employees are paid correctly at the right time.
Roles Specific Outcomes Implementation & Delivery
  • Lead execution of MSF-USA’s implementation of global Rewards Review initiatives.
  • Coordinate preparation for implementation activities, including planning, sequencing and delivery timelines.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Support integration of implementation activities into existing MSF-USA operational structures.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the operational point of coordination between MSF-USA and international project counterparts.
  • Coordinate internal contributors and subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate structured working sessions and planning meetings.
  • Support directors and managers in preparing implementation activities within their functional areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between MSF-USA and international counterparts.
Change Enablement (Delivery‑Focused)
  • Support delivery of change management activities linked to Rewards implementation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, briefings and engagement forums.
  • Support the development of guidance materials and operational tools.
  • Enable leadership communication through structured materials and planning support.
Communication Execution
  • Manage project‑related communication flows, including updates, FAQs, briefings and internal guidance.
