Inventory & Distribution Supervisor

Summary of responsibilities
:
Supervises the day-to-day operations of inventory and distribution functions to ensure compliance with contractually required performance requirements. Handles difficult questions; responsible for ensuring responsiveness, courtesy, and accuracy, confidentiality, and contract deliverables.

• Supervise daily operations of Tag Inventory and distribution areas.
• Supervise tag clerks and Work Leads.
• Ensure department meets compliance with contractual SLAs.
• Evaluate data and make good business decisions.
• Monitor daily workflow.
• Work closely with and act as liaison between departments and clients.
• Accountable for daily production reports, the ability to generate daily reports.
• Responsible for tracking/monitoring employee performance and attendance.
• Evaluate staff and perform annual appraisals.
• Oversee tag fulfillment requests.
• Outbound mailings processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• At least two years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in use of personal computer, including MS Office Suite.
• Able to successfully operate in a high paced production environment.
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train staff.
