Position Title:
Manager Co-Brand Acquisitions
Position Summary:
The Manager of Co-Brand Acquisitions leads the strategy and day-to-day execution of new customer acquisition initiatives for Jet Blue’s co-branded credit card products. This role is responsible for developing and implementing acquisition campaigns, managing external partnerships, and driving growth across multiple channels. The Manager serves as the primary point of contact for acquisition-related activities, ensuring alignment between Jet Blue, internal stakeholders and external partners.
The manager is responsible for forecasting and tracking performance across all channels to ensure goals are reached.
- Work cross-functionally to create a plan to achieve co-brand acquisition targets
- Develop and promote the expansion of our co-brand products in both existing and new digital channels
- Work with crew members in the operation to support and augment acquisitions through those channels
- Track acquisition performance and regularly key opportunities and/or headwinds in regard to performance targets
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure key messaging and product features are clearly communicated to customers
- Help guide the overall Co-brand strategy and direction to create a compelling value proposition for existing and prospective customers
- Take a significant role in the development of crew members to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement>

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Five (5) years of business planning, airline management, or related work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Available for occasional to frequent overnight travel (30%)
- Currently in possession of a valid passport or equivalent travel documents with the ability to travel into and out of the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Experience and Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience working organizationally in a matrix-based position
- Previous alliance and airline partnership airline management experience
- Proficiency and knowledgeable of airline reservation systems and ticketing platforms (specifically as related to interline technology, such as IET, codeshare IATCI/ETCI, Teletype, EDIFACT, and PNR)
- Finance acumen, net present value analysis, moderate return on investment analysis experience
- Familiar with economic forecasting and strategic frameworks (i.e. how to structure business arguments)
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on Jet Blue flights, and if time permits, all capable crew members are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
- Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the Jet Blue culture, that is, exhibit the Jet Blue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun
- Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by Jet Blue’s Safety Management System
- Promote Jet Blue’s #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting Jet Blue’s Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards
- Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including Jet Blue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and Safety Action Report (SAR))
- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
- Uphold Jet Blue’s safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities
- The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position

- The base pay range for this position is between $81,000.00 and $ per year. Base pay is one component of Jet Blue’s total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crew member stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on Jet Blue, and more
