SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: 6 Pennyfield Avenue, Bronx, NY 10465

Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary; exact schedule discussed during interview

Pay Range: $29.00 to $40.00 per hour

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers; reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or related role.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
