The Talent Acquisition Program Manager will lead the execution of a comprehensive recruitment strategy, oversee recruiting operations, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with public‑sector hiring standards.

• Lead development and execution of an enterprise‑level talent acquisition strategy
• Assess and optimize recruitment, selection, and onboarding workflows
• Establish hiring metrics and performance dashboards
• Coordinate recruiting priorities and oversee delivery timelines
• Identify sustainable automation and efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with EEO and regulated hiring requirements

• 8+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience
• Strong background in public‑sector or regulated hiring environments
• Proven experience managing large‑scale recruitment initiatives

Compensation: $130.00 per hour
