The Talent Acquisition Program Manager will lead the execution of a comprehensive recruitment strategy, oversee recruiting operations, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with public‑sector hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development and execution of an enterprise‑level talent acquisition strategy
- Assess and optimize recruitment, selection, and onboarding workflows
- Establish hiring metrics and performance dashboards
- Coordinate recruiting priorities and oversee delivery timelines
- Identify sustainable automation and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with EEO and regulated hiring requirements
- 8+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience
- Strong background in public‑sector or regulated hiring environments
- Proven experience managing large‑scale recruitment initiatives
Compensation: $130.00 per hour
