* Closely follow regulatory policy and technological developments in banking and financial services
* Are knowledgeable about the supervisory processes of federal regulators
* Understand and appreciate risk management as it relates to financial services
* Eagerly build relationships and collaborate across diverse teams
* Regularly influence business leaders and internal partners, regardless of level, and identify and communicate linkages across initiatives and disciplines
* Are known for your strategic and tactical leadership skills and sound judgment
* Bring extreme attention to detail, sense of accountability, and ability to follow through on time-sensitive deliverables to your full portfolio of work
* Deftly navigate multiple meetings and concurrent requests within a fast-paced environment where priorities often shift
* Demonstrate strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
* Enjoy managing and allocating resources based on changing priorities
* At least 6 years of experience in risk management, audit, consulting or a combination
* At least 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or a combination
* At least 6 years of experience supporting integrated projects or programs where senior leaders and external stakeholders are your customers
* At least 4 years of experience in vertically integrated industries
* At least 4 years of experience working with banking regulators and regulatory policy
