Role Summary
:
The Regional Project Manager serves as the primary coordinator for bundled modernization projects, connecting sales, manufacturing, logistics, and support to deliver complete elevator solutions from order release through shipment. This role manages all aspects of project execution: planning schedules, aligning responsibilities, coordinating interdepartmental communication, and ensuring on time, accurate fulfillment.
At the core of this position is ownership of the bundled packages, ensuring that multiple Vantage business units operate in sync to provide a seamless, unified customer experience. The Project Manager oversees order flow, receiving, invoicing, and cost reconciliation, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
Success in this role requires both structure and adaptability: the ability to manage multiple concurrent modernization projects, anticipate challenges before they affect timelines, and uphold Vantage’s standards for precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The Regional Project Manager operates in alignment with all commercial needs of the Regional Support Center (RSC).
