The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager (SSCM) to join our dynamic team, based in Chicago, IL;
Nashville, TN;
Seattle, WA;
New York City;
Santa Monica; or Arlington, VA.

As an SSCM, you'll play a key role in developing and executing supply chain strategies with vendors, overseeing their performance, and achieving service level and cost goals. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce costs, working across both online and in-store channels.

• Manage supply planning, inventory health, vendor operations, demand forecasting, and waste reduction.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and optimize costs.
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for revenue and profit growth.
• Develop tools, automation, and process improvements in purchasing and vendor management.

Candidates should be comfortable working with data-driven decision-making, building scalable systems, and operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in retail or supply chain are essential. The ability to influence internal and external teams while maintaining a customer-centric approach is crucial.

• 3+ years of Excel experience.
• 4+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Experience with SQL.
