ABOUT

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our production team. This person will work with mid-to-senior level members across verticals to manage multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute projects including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, project plans, and status updates
  • Plan, organize, and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with all departments—including creative, production, and technology—to ensure work is aligned with client objectives and project goals, and delivered on time and on budget
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into clear next steps, creative briefs, and project plans for internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including internal notes, timelines, decks, etc.
  • Participate in project review meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Serve as a client-facing member of the studio on all projects and as the primary point of contact on select projects
  • Support physical productions, owning certain work streams and vendor relationships
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience shepherding projects from initial ideation through final delivery
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
