Role Profile:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Technology Standardization Project Manager. This pivotal role involves managing all elements of the project lifecycle, from Business Unit Engagement to technical delivery, and liaising across various groups to ensure successful project completion. The candidate should be adaptable throughout the project lifecycle to meet the needs of this large program.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted relationships with business unit leads and delivery teams in the region.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring efficient resource management to meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and report progress through project milestones, resolving any roadblocks.
- Provide the Program Lead with all relevant updates.
- Liaise with global counterparts to ensure program consistency and success.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Skills required:
- Proven ability to build and manage strong, effective multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders across geographical and functional boundaries.
- Experience in leading technology projects or programs, understanding their complexities and issues.
- Strong communication skills to articulate objectives, requirements, risks, and issues clearly.
- Effective communication in both business and technical contexts.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in financial services or consulting firms is required.
