Responsibilities- Lead the Charge: Supervise our credentialing team like a maestro, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring the symphony of provider and facility credentialing is performed in perfect harmony across all payor types.
- Global Maestro: Manage our talented offshore credentialing teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and workflow consistency that would make any orchestra proud.
- Mentor Extraordinaire: Train, mentor, and evaluate team members with the finesse of a seasoned coach. Conduct performance reviews and ensure everyone hits the high notes of credentialing standards.
- Training Guru: Deliver ongoing training and support for our staff, making sure new hires feel like rockstars from day one.
