These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Those in customer service at PwC will specialise in improving customer service operations and enhancing customer experiences. You will work closely with clients to analyse customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to optimise service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty.

Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customer-centric service cultures.

Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in consulting or risk management
What Sets You Apart
  • Master s Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), or Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) preferred
  • Leading day-to-day client engagements
  • Designing solutions for risk frameworks
  • Managing project plans, budgets, and reporting
  • Possessing extensive knowledge/specialization in one of the following domains: market risk, counter party risk, credit risk or model risk
  • Contributing to proposals and thought leadership
  • Serving as primary contact for client stakeholders
  • Demonstrating regulatory knowledge and ability to interpret supervisory expectations

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
