This role is part of the GSS Enablement Operations Client Platform team, located in New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Manage day‑to‑day operations teams within the Platform, overseeing Pods and Service Delivery Groups (SGDs).
- Execute the platform operations strategy and manage operations teams daily.
- Implement comprehensive metrics covering deliverables, costs, efficiency benchmarks, and risk indicators.
- Ensure operations meet quality, efficiency, and productivity standards set by the Operations Practice and Platform EPO.
- Enforce operations policies, procedures, best practices, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other managers to align on objectives and OKRs.
- Develop operations talent and engage teams in practice learning priorities, especially around digital tools.
- Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of operations change initiatives aligning with platform OKRs.
- Engage stakeholders to understand expectations and feedback.
- Communicate change benefits to inspire operations teams.
- Monitor progress, outcomes, and risks, providing regular updates.
- Coach teams to adopt initiatives and address challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 10‑12 years of total experience, including 1–2 years of management.
- Series 7 and Series 24 FINRA licenses preferred.
- Experience in DTC, Fed, or Non‑US market clearance and settlements operations.
- Hands‑on AI prompting and automation project experience highly preferred.
- Operations experience required;
Agile experience preferred. - Willingness to travel as needed.
- Process re‑engineering and leading large, diverse teams.
- Familiarity with regulations and operations standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, feedback, data literacy, and problem‑solving skills.
- Non‑hierarchical, transparent, trusting, and eager to execute.

Base salary for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $265,000 per year, with additional compensation as determined by individual experience and location.
