We are seeking a Strategic Transformation Director to play an integral role in the execution of key finance transformation programs, supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects and helping to establish a culture of operational excellence. This role collaborates with senior leadership across multiple functions, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and realization of value from transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Program Execution & Delivery:
Serve as a principal driver and coordinator for large-scale, cross-functional operational transformation initiatives, including enterprise data, workflow streamlining, and operating model design. Lead complex, multi-workstream programs—ensuring disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes - Project & Product Management:
Lead the planning, sequencing, and execution of multi-phase initiatives, to ensure alignment, timely decision-making, and effective execution - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with senior stakeholders across business units (e.g., finance, operations, technology, capital solutions, etc.) to connect domain expertise and support the delivery of unified, scalable solutions - Stakeholder Engagement:
Work with senior leaders across the firm to define priorities, communicate project progress, and ensure alignment with GA’s operational and strategic goals - Process & Change Management:
Lead current-state assessments and future-state operating model design to drive scalable improvements in data integrity, reporting quality, and operational efficiency - Execution Excellence:
Take a hands-on approach to manage deliverables and dependencies, drive accountability among team members, and ensure assigned projects are completed on time and to a high standard - Data & Systems Integration:
Contribute to the development and integration of GA’s evolving data ecosystem, supporting business and reporting infrastructure enhancements - Collaborative Culture:
Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture across business units by encouraging open communication, shared ownership, and partnership in delivering outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field; CPA or CFA a plus
- 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial process improvement, or related positions within private equity, management consulting, or corporate environments
- Experience in operating model design and systems-enabled transformation initiatives, including data warehouse implementations, business unit integrations, and offshoring or service delivery model changes, etc
- Proven ability to drive and deliver projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management and change management methodologies
