This role blends leadership with technical expertise, allowing you to guide maintenance teams while also supporting complex mechanical and facility related projects that enhance the resident experience.

In this position, you will lead and support a team of Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, and Janitorial staff, setting clear expectations, promoting accountability, and maintaining high performance standards. You will serve as a key partner to property leadership, helping drive operational consistency, preventative maintenance practices, and a culture that reflects our Core Values while creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
