Overview

Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Construction Supervisor / Project Manager Supervisor for a 13-unit apartment complex new-build
. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with 6+ years of solid supervisory experience and a strong project management background on multi-family and residential-style builds (apartment complexes, assisted living, townhomes).

Schedule/Shift
  • Full-time | Day shift
  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Estimated 9-month assignment (temp-to-hire potential)
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of construction supervisory experience (required)
  • Proven experience supporting project management on builds ranging $500K–$4M
  • Strong background in multi-family / residential-style construction (apartment complexes, assisted living, townhomes)
  • Ability to lead crews and subs while keeping work aligned to schedule, scope, and quality expectations
  • Working knowledge of jobsite safety practices and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supervising ground-up multi-family or similar residential builds
  • Strong documentation skills (daily reports, progress updates, punch lists, work orders)
  • Comfortable coordinating with owners/PMs, inspectors, and subcontractors
Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day jobsite operations for a multi-family apartment complex build
  • Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and daily work plans
  • Track progress and support schedule execution; flag issues early and propose solutions
  • Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and plans/specs
  • Maintain site organization, safety practices, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate daily status updates and support project documentation (work orders, logs, reports)
  • Assist with punch list execution and closeout support as needed
