Value Creation Leads drive strategic and operational initiatives across portfolio companies to maximize performance and investment outcomes

• Lead strategic and operational improvement initiatives across portfolio companies
• Partner with portfolio company leadership to identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and performance improvements
• Develop and implement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to measure progress and impact
• Manage cross-functional projects, including operations, finance, go-to-market, and technology initiatives
• Support post-investment planning, integration, and transformation efforts
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and updates on value-creation progress
• Identify best practices and standardize processes across portfolio companies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and investment teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in private equity, portfolio operations, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and value creation frameworks
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence executives across multiple organizations
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
