The Role:

Are you a master of operational execution? We are seeking a Project Manager, Brand & Creative to join our team and serve as the operational architect of our brand and creative initiatives as we prepare for the next phase in our company's history.

This is more than a coordination role; it's an opportunity to shape the efficiency of a category leader. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of both internal and external creative projects; from brand campaigns and advertising assets to sales decks, video production, and events. Reporting to the VP of Brand & Comms, you will be responsible for transforming creative vision into actionable project plans.

You will not only manage the day-to-day workflow, but also serve as a strategic reporter to leadership, tracking budgets, resources, and project effectiveness to ensure our studio remains best-in-class.

If you are a dedicated and aware leader with the ability to navigate complex workflows and the courage to challenge inefficient processes, you belong on our team.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning, production, and delivery of end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns and internal initiatives, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and at the highest quality standards
  • Build detailed project plans for diverse deliverables including brand campaigns, sales enablement materials, advertising assets, and high-touch events
  • Manage the creation, review, and final delivery of all campaign materials, tracking feedback across rounds to ensure all stakeholder notes are addressed and final deliverables meet brand guidelines.

Operational Reporting & Governance

  • Act as the primary administrator for Asana, overseeing all project tasks and maintaining impeccable documentation throughout the creative process
  • Report out on project status to leadership and in team meetings, providing clear updates on timelines, resource allocation, and potential barriers to success
  • Oversee the legal, stakeholder, and clearance processes, ensuring every asset has the appropriate approvals prior to launch.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage budgets across multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring spend and maintaining cost-effectiveness across the studio
  • Partner with the Director, Creative Studio to resource projects effectively, ensuring team bandwidth is optimized and high-priority initiatives are prioritized
  • Handle project effectiveness tracking and reporting, providing data-driven insights to leadership on the ROI and impact of creative outputs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the strategic liaison between the Creative Studio and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align timelines with key business milestones
  • Partner with the VP of Brand & Comms to ensure creative workflows support the broader corporate narrative and 360-degree communication strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative team to refine workflows and implement process improvements, including the integration of AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize operations
What You Bring to The Team:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing complex creative campaigns within a fast-paced agency, creative studio, or high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Modern Tooling:
Expert-level knowledge of Asana, Google Workspace, and Figma; familiarity with AI tools that optimize creative operations is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to build project budgets, monitor spend, and report on financial variances to leadership
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex project statuses into clear executive summaries
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; able to anticipate needs before they arise and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience in resource tracking and the ability to manage multiple high stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
What We Offer:
  • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care
  • Opportunity for equity ownership
  • Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Fun company outings and events
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401K with company match
