As a Strategic Program Manager within Loyalty Partner channel team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, cross‑functional initiatives within our highly matrixed organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive complex programs—often with technical components—from conception to successful completion, partnering with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Coordinate across multiple business units and technical teams to manage dependencies, risks, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and status reports for executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure program milestones are met.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage change and ensure adoption of new processes, technologies, or solutions resulting from program outcomes.
Required Qualifications , capabilities and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing large‑scale programs or projects in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering initiatives with technical components to completion.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
Preferred Qualifications , capabilities and skills:
  • Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master).
  • Experience in technology‑driven organizations or programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with change management best practices.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and presenting program updates.
