Your role

As a Sales Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, your mission is totodrive the commercial success of each assigned project by ensuring schedules align with customer expectations, overseeing financial and performance metrics, and serving as the primary customer contact for all commercial matters. This includes change order negotiations, claims, and schedule communication to deliver a seamless and financially sound project experience.

You will report to the Customer Solutions Operations Manager.

You will
  • Commercial Ownership
    • o Oversee all commercial aspects of assigned projects from order initiation through shipment, installation, and warranty.
    • o Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and ensure a smooth end to end process.
    • o Conduct regular customer check ins and manage open actions.
    • o Review customer purchase orders prior to acknowledgement.
    • o Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial correspondence.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • o Communicate customer needs across the project team and organization.
    • o Influence cross functional partners to drive timely site activity without direct authority.
    • o Provide bi weekly customer reports, including commercial updates and coordinated technical information.
    • o Escalate communication and follow up when urgency requires.
  • Financial Oversight
    • o Maintain cost control across all orders by monitoring budgets vs. actuals.
    • o Manage customer financial claims and support resolution.
    • o Review and approve key vendor invoices.
    • o Support cost recovery efforts related to QE, vendors, or customers.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • o Provide after hours support for urgent commercial issues as needed.
    • o Travel to customer sites for immediate needs or proactive engagement.
    • o Partner closely with commissioning and prime contacts to gather feedback and ensure alignment

You have experience working in project management.

  • You hold a BS degree in relevant field or have equivalent work experience.
  • You have a professional approach with a sense of urgency and strong communicaiton skillset.
  • You have experience working with external and internal customers.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufcaturing facility in Voorheesville, United States (US).
