Your role
As a Aftermarket Parts & Service Team Leader, your mission is to ensure the highest level of customer service by effectively managing the PArts & Service Contracts team within Comptec Aftermarket. You will translate department goals and direction into successful actions that lead to the growth of Aftermarket Parts business. You will report to the Customer Solutions Sales Manager.
You will
- Provide leadership wit the Aftermarket Parts & Service Contracts team.
- Support the team members to enable them to function at peak efficiency.
- Provide montly financial forecasting and follow up.
- Perform a pre/post GP review on all spare parts orders in place.
- Generate monthly reports to measure key performance indicators.
- Motivate and monitor team members to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Support other departments with regards to recommended spare parts scope and pricing.
- Collaborate wit other departmenets as required.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and procedures to ensure their success and effectiveness.
- Monitor and develop the competence of the team.

You have experience in a role providing world class customer service.
- Ability to contribute to the growth of Aftermarket business.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team.
- Ability to prioritize workload and act with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify effective soltuions, and implement solutions with success.
- Proficiency in SAP, Business WArehouse, BEX, MS Office.
