We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with workplace, change transformation and program management experience to provide Consulting services to a leading client in the Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients.
* Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs.
* Stay abreast of trends related to workplace and change transformation.
* Support program‑level communication plans, reporting cycles, and steering committees
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences
* Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
* Understands how physical space impacts business outcomes like productivity, talent attraction, and operational efficiency
* Basic understanding of space planning, design principles, and FF&E
* Structured, detail‑oriented approach with strong analytical skills
* Ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced and regulated environments
* Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles related to workplace and change transformation

* Workplace and program management:
Experience supporting or operating within a PMO, program office, or large change portfolio, with a background in governance, portfolio reporting, or financial oversight preferred.
