The Senior Associate / Consultant will operate at the heart of the US growth strategy, delivering on high‑fee retained assignments and fast‑tracing their progression within a lean, elite team.

Role Highlights
  • Lead candidate outreach and manage end‑to‑end search processes
  • Engage directly with CEOs, Boards and CPOs from day one
  • Collaborate closely with a Partner‑level mentor and high‑performing Principal
  • Contribute to strategy, client meetings, and deal execution in real time
  • Progress quickly toward Principal and equity‑track roles

  • A strong grounding in retained executive search from a top‑tier or boutique firm
  • Drive to take ownership of searches, not just support them
