The Senior Associate / Consultant will operate at the heart of the US growth strategy, delivering on high‑fee retained assignments and fast‑tracing their progression within a lean, elite team.
Role Highlights- Lead candidate outreach and manage end‑to‑end search processes
- Engage directly with CEOs, Boards and CPOs from day one
- Collaborate closely with a Partner‑level mentor and high‑performing Principal
- Contribute to strategy, client meetings, and deal execution in real time
- Progress quickly toward Principal and equity‑track roles
- A strong grounding in retained executive search from a top‑tier or boutique firm
- Drive to take ownership of searches, not just support them
- Confidence, polish, and maturity to represent clients credibly
- Hunger for progression without needing layers of management
- $100k–$140k base + discretionary bonus
- Year 2+: commission‑based structure with long‑term equity upside
- Total exposure: client calls, strategy sessions, negotiations
