Vice President of Construction – Growth Platform – NYC
Location:
NYC
Compensation: $350,000 – $425,000 base + bonus + equity participation
Private development platform expanding its mixed-use and residential portfolio across NYC.
The firm is increasing project volume and institutionalising its internal construction leadership function.
This appointment will sit at executive level and report directly to ownership and senior investment leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead portfolio-level construction strategy across active developments
- Standardise delivery governance and reporting
- Protect capital performance through disciplined oversight
- Lead senior construction hires as portfolio scales
- Interface with lenders, partners and investment committee
- Influence acquisition underwriting with delivery expertise
- 15–20+ years NYC development or senior GC leadership
- Oversight of $500m+ cumulative project value
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Comfortable operating in board-level environments
- Experience building internal construction teams
