  • Support multi-channel fulfillment flows, including direct-to-consumer ecommerce, store-supported fulfillment, and B2B order execution where applicable.
  • Ensure delivery commitments, service levels, and inventory accuracy are consistently achieved across forward and reverse flows.
  • Own operational execution of returns processing, including warehouse and workshop activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost‑effective handling.

  • Ensure strict process compliance, operational discipline, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
  • Lead KPI reviews, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action plans covering service, cost, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners to improve throughput, reduce cost per unit, and shorten return cycle times.
  • Support RFP processes and evaluation of new logistics partners; participate in annual performance and commercial discussions.
Cost, Productivity & Planning
  • Own fulfillment and returns cost per unit, identifying efficiency and productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Support labor planning, capacity readiness, and peak execution across all operational flows.
  • Build clear, data‑backed business cases to support operational changes, investments, or process improvements.
Systems, Data & Process
  • Work closely with WMS, OMS, and commitment models to ensure accurate delivery promises and operational feasibility.
  • Monitor and improve inventory accuracy across both forward and reverse logistics flows.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure operational processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved.
Projects & Network Support

  • Contribute to network optimization discussions with a strong execution and feasibility lens.
  • Manage cross‑functional initiatives ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with Ecommerce, Transportation, Commercial, IT/Tech, Stores, and external partners.
  • Influence internal stakeholders and 3PL teams without direct authority.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with managers, directors, and senior stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high‑volume, unit‑level fulfillment and returns operations.
  • Hands‑on experience working with 3PL‑managed warehouse environments.
  • Exposure to multi‑channel fulfillment models, including ecommerce, store‑supported flows, or B2B distribution.
