** Position Overview
** The SSCLN Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of network activities and initiatives. Reporting to the SVP, Product Design & Development, this role works closely with and has dotted-line responsibilities to key members of the SSCLN teams. The Operations Manager serves as a key liaison between partner organizations and internal stakeholders and oversee, logistics, coordination and administrative functions that enable the Student Success Coach Learning Network communities to thrive.
** Job Description
**** Lead SSCLN operations and logistics
** Design and maintain systems and tools to monitor SSCLN priorities and operating goals. Coordinate logistics and lead implementation for partner engagement, convenings and virtual events, ensuring deliverables are met and stakeholders remain informed. Manage resources effectively, while maintaining clear communication across the SSCLN teams and partner organizations.
** Support SSCLN content and resource development
** Manage the creation, editing, and distribution of SSCLN resources, including newsletters and learning institute content. Collaborate with consultants and subject-matter experts to ensure content aligns with SSCLN priorities.
** Manage knowledge systems and virtual platforms
** Oversee SSCLN’s online community platform and maintain organized, accessible network resources in SharePoint. Lead learning management system (LMS) operations to ensure training and engagement materials are current and accessible. Monitor and analyze engagement and satisfaction data to inform improvements.
** Contribute as a member of a high-functioning team
** Serve as the connector and work in close partnership with the SSCLN team members to align efforts and advance priorities supporting the growth and scale of the Student Success Coach Framework across California and New York.
