Requirements- 10+ years of related business experience with a deep expert knowledge of the makeup category (formulation, trends, and textures)
- Expertise in sustainability preferred with learning agility to develop further expertise in sustainability
- Extensive knowledge of the worldwide Offer Development (OD) and vendor ecosystem, with a strong, established network in this global makeup supplier landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

- Vision:
Frame an ambitious sustainability vision and strategy for Maybelline, in cooperation with the Brand Management Committee. - Pillars of Impact:
Orchestrate a roadmap focusing on three key areas:
Product Sustainability, O+O Sustainability, Digital Sustainability. - Governance & PIL:
Establish the governance at DMI level to activate the roadmap, notably leading the Brand Sustainability Committee and creating specific work streams for the Product Impact Labeling (PIL) roll‑out. - Monitoring & Reporting:
Track yearly milestones based on product footprint analysis and Brand Sustainability scorecards; report annually to the Corporate Responsibility team and Division Sustainability Director.
