This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising project activities, managing logistics, expediting materials or resources, conducting inspections, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
The Project Manager will ensure compliance with project specifications and foster clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and overseeing project milestones.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, particularly in material and resource procurement and workflow optimization.
- Experience in Inspection and ensuring adherence to construction standards, quality control, and project specifications.
- Competence in Logistics Management, including transportation, supply chain coordination, and timely delivery of materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced curtain wall systems, claddings, and architectural facades is a plus.
