Location: Middle Island

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring that our parts inventory is efficiently managed and maintained. This role is crucial to maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, as the Warehouse & Parts Manager will work closely with various departments to coordinate logistics, manage stock levels, and streamline operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

As the Warehouse & Parts Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing warehouse organization to support our operational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be familiar with HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Materials
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or related field, preferably in a parts distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive decision-making processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
