A growing Brooklyn-based wholesale company is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and team supervision. This is a key leadership role within the organization, responsible for maintaining smooth warehouse workflow while supporting the company’s distribution and customer service goals.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory systems, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and implementing operational improvements. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations
, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping - Supervise and manage warehouse staff

- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and shrinkage

- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for wholesale clients
- Monitor warehouse organization and layout
