Property Manager

Penn South Capital is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead the daily oversight of our diverse residential and retail portfolio in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in tenant relations, and has a strong command of property operations and compliance.

• 🔹 Manage day-to-day property operations and building performance
• 🔹 Supervise onsite staff, including superintendents and support teams
• 🔹 Respond to tenant inquiries and ensure timely resolution
• 🔹 Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• 🔹 Oversee lease renewals and tenant turnover preparation
• 🔹 Track budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial planning
• 🔹 Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with NYC housing laws

To be successful in this position, candidates should have:

• ✔ 2+ years of property management experience
• ✔ Strong expertise with property management systems (App Folio)
• ✔ Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
• ✔ Ability to navigate NYC regulatory requirements
• ✔ Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
