Primary PurposeThe Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting brand initiatives and seasonal content execution. This role manages timely delivery of collateral, packaging, and related assets while managing requests from internal teams and external partners.

- Brand Collateral and Packaging:
Manage the end-to-end process for packaging and marketing collateral, including development, review, and distribution. Ensure alignment with project timelines and maintain clear, consistent communication with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant materials. - Tapestry/Foundation Requests:
Oversee end-to-end management of requests from corporate and foundation teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate closely with Creative teams to fulfill requests, and develop, distribute, and maintain detailed timelines to keep projects on track. - Sample Organization for Lead PMs:
Oversee all sample logistics for photoshoots and marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive sample tracking system in collaboration with the Sample Management team to ensure timely preparation and shipment of samples for photoshoots. - Invoice Processing:
Process invoices and maintain accurate records for budget tracking. - Clear and Timely Communication:
Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience in project management or related field within fashion, luxury, or retail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative and operational teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
