Wealth Management Executive Search Professional

D.S. Wolf Group International, a well-established, global, financial services-focused, boutique executive search firm in New York, is looking to hire a highly accomplished wealth management/financial services executive search professional to work alongside the firm’s president and CEO on global executive search projects within wealth management. Exposure to the RIA community would be well received.

The ideal candidate will support the strategic growth of the advisory practice at D.S. Wolf Group International. They will be an experienced wealth management executive search recruiter who is also entrepreneurial and sales and marketing oriented with the ability to build strong rapport with highly accomplished CEOs, presidents and managing partners of professional service organizations.

• Be a strategic member of the team, directly involved in all facets of the search process, including business development and candidate sourcing, assessment and development.
• Serve as one of the primary contacts for candidates.
• Strategize on the process and execution.
• Work on strategic research projects.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Be sophisticated, dynamic and have a strategic approach to executive search.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
