The Program Manager will lead the US Treasury Clearing Project, overseeing coordination, testing, and delivery across regional and technology teams. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, deep knowledge of treasury and fixed income products, and the ability to manage regulatory implications and cross-functional stakeholders. The role involves high stakeholder interaction and leadership within a 10-person core team, operating as part of a larger enterprise initiative.

Success will be measured by delivery of key milestones and overall program execution.

• Lead and manage the US Treasury Clearing program.
• Coordinate testing activities, perform testing, and document results.
• Partner with the static data team and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Collect and coordinate regional inputs and deliver consolidated updates back to technology teams.
• Provide senior leadership oversight and regulatory awareness related to treasury clearing activities.
• Support reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
• Assist with testing support across year-long project adjustments.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

• 8+ years of program or senior project management experience.
• Experience managing Treasury or Treasury Clearing initiatives.
• Fixed income experience.
• Reconciliation experience.
• Experience coordinating and executing testing cycles.
• Strong leadership experience at a senior or executive level.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
