Monarch Electric Company, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Leader.

• Lead and manage daily branch operations
• Mentor, train, and develop staff to enhance performance and growth
• Assist in setting and meeting financial and operational goals
• Deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone
• Support order processing, project pricing, and customer quotes
• Drive counter sales and expand the customer base
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and branch opening/closing
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic plans and initiatives
• Generate and present performance reports to leadership

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems such as Eclipse
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team setting
• Customer-focused with a high degree of professionalism
• Prior supervisory experience, ideally in the electrical wholesale industry
• Inside sales or branch operations experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field strongly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items as needed
