As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will lead with hospitality, delivering attentive service and a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will manage all aspects of the branch, including deposits and investments growth, operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and technology, and collaborating with experts to help clients with specialized financial needs.

Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. - Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
- Understand and meet client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and recognition to boost morale and motivation.
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
- Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and engage with the community.
- Maintain a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and following policies and procedures.
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch so every client feels valued and every team member feels part of a dynamic culture.
- Strong leadership with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees to achieve results and grow in their roles.
- Mastery of multitasking, organizing, and managing competing priorities with a focus on growth planning.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment with sound decision-making and confident leadership.
- Experience in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with adherence to policies.
- Desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect teams, partners, and clients with technology.
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement as a Branch Manager.
- Travel for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.
This position is subject to applicable qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment may be contingent upon review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and demonstration of financial responsibility and good character. A felony conviction within the last seven years may disqualify you. Employment is contingent upon compliance with relevant regulations and timely NMLS registration where applicable.
