My client is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager - General Ledger to lead and oversee the general ledger function in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will manage the month-end close process, ensure GAAP compliance, and supervise the GL team while partnering cross-functionally to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee general ledger operations, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Manage and mentor the General Ledger team, providing leadership and professional development.
• Partner with external auditors during annual audits and assist with audit preparation.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Leverage Net Suite to optimize reporting, workflows, and system efficiencies.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Big 6 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite required.
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting or GL teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
