Dazed Studio NYC is growing, and we're looking for mid-weight and senior Account Directors and Project Managers to join our network. If you excel at guiding complex creative projects from brief to delivery, building trusted client relationships, and bringing clarity and momentum to fast-moving teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

• Project Leadership: 5+ years of experience in project management or account direction within a creative agency, production company, or similar fast-paced environment, specifically focused on fashion, beauty, music, or youth culture brands.
• Integrated Campaign Management: Expert ability to manage integrated campaigns encompassing digital, video, print, social media, events, and experiential activations.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of project budgeting, scope management, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and mitigate risk.
• Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Operational Excellence: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Mavenlink) and a disciplined approach to process, documentation, and reporting.
• Cultural Fluency: A deep, intuitive understanding of contemporary youth culture, media trends, and the Dazed Media ecosystem.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts and project plans clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
