We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse activities while leading and developing warehouse staff to meet operational and customer service goals.
Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure accurate inbound and outbound inventory control.
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety standards.
Supervise loading and unloading to prevent injuries and product damage.
Organize warehouse layout, storage areas, and housekeeping standards.
Plan staffing levels, create schedules, and assign workloads.
Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct training.
Review reports, paperwork, and accident documentation; report to management.
Collaborate with customer service to resolve operational issues.
Identify process improvements and implement efficient work practices.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or moving operations
At least 1 year of forklift operating experience
Proven leadership experience supervising warehouse teams
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus) and basic computer knowledge.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Full-time, in-person position.
8–10 hour shifts.
Flexible starting times required.
Nights and weekends as needed.
$19.00 – $22.00 per hour
