Role OverviewThis role is the operational heartbeat of e.l.f.’s brand incubator, ensuring ideas become flawlessly executed realities at e.l.f. speed. You’ll architect processes, orchestrate cross-functional workflows, and own timelines and delivery excellence for new verticals and high-visibility programs. Individuals who excel at converting ambiguity into clarity, organizing complex workflows, and translating strategy into scalable systems will be well-suited for this role.
Responsibilities- Program & Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end project planning and timeline management across brand incubator initiatives; build and manage integrated project plans spanning product development, visual merchandising, creative, brand, insights, sales, and digital partners; facilitate meetings and drive decisions, blockers, and alignment to keep work moving quickly. - Marketing Operations Excellence:
Design processes (brief intake, approvals, versioning, asset routing) to streamline execution across teams; own the marketing calendar, ensuring dependencies, milestones, and launch gates are visible and aligned. - Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Serve as the connective tissue across teams:
Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, IMC, Legal, and Ops; create meeting cadences and communications that drive accountability; translate strategy into executable plans with defined deliverables, owners, and success criteria. - Tools and Systems Stewardship:
Administer project management tools (e.g., Wrike) and establish templates, dashboards, and automations; build operational dashboards for leadership visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes. - Risk, Quality, and Speed Management:
Proactively identify risks; create contingency plans; continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and elevate launch excellence.

- 6–8 years in project management and marketing operations
- Proven success taking complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
- Mastery of PM tools
- Strategic mindset with the ability to optimize processes and be agile
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; calm under pressure, decisive, and collaborative
- Familiarity with creative ops, content pipelines, asset lifecycle management

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and equity. Eligible for up to 200% of target bonus when company performance exceeds goals. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, gender-neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. Compensation is based on location, experience, and qualifications. Compensation components may change at the company’s discretion.
