The Lender Services team supports banks and asset-based lenders with comprehensive risk assessment and decision-making strategies. From initial evaluation to final decisions, they apply consistent, compliant practices to help reduce risk and enhance ROI. With global market insight and local expertise, the team identifies potential risks and transaction opportunities-empowering lenders to make informed, strategic choices across a diverse portfolio.
What You Will Do:- Lead and oversee engagements across diverse industries and deal sizes, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment and value identification.
- Manage the execution and quality review of Asset Based Lending and Securitization field exam procedures, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
- Supervise and guide analytical reviews of key financial statement components, identifying trends, anomalies, and strategic insights.
- Oversee testing of collateral supporting Asset Based Loans, including complex accounts receivable and inventory structures
- Conduct and lead interviews with senior client stakeholders to gather critical insights and validate engagement findings.
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment of expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Review and approve engagement deliverables, including detailed reports and work papers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to firm and industry standards.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth to ensure exceptional service delivery across engagements.
- Drive strategic business development initiatives by cultivating client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the expansion of the Lender Services service line.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Asset Based Lending or Collateral Securitization
- Proficiency in MS Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring, and guiding high-performing teams, while leveraging networks and relationships to boost market presence and brand awareness
- Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit‑sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.

- NY Minimum Salary (USD): $162,900
- NY Maximum Salary (USD): $338,300
Pursuant to New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range displayed is for the New Jersey market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Positions that are non-exempt will be eligible for overtime pay compensable at a rate of one and a half times the hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.
Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit‑sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
