The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Identify, drive and execute strategic projects to align hiring outcomes with the organization's mission.
- Influence stakeholders with competing objectives across different business areas to develop recruiting outcomes that serve the mission of Google Deep Mind.
- Lead the outcomes of a team within a major talent ecosystem to meet hiring demand through principled and innovative systems.
